Once you have registered, you will be able to access the Online Services Portals using the email address provided.

Corporate Users: If you are a corporate user representing a firm to prepare or submit forms in the Online Submissions Portal, or are acting as a Licensee Main User in the PQ Portal for yourself or others, you should ordinarily use your work email address to register, as you will be linked to a licensee and that licensee will have control over the access for that login.

Individual Users: If you are registering an account in order to manage your own PQ or to act as a delegate for an individual with a PQ, you should use a personal email.

We will require a password when you sign in to the portal. Your password is stored in an encrypted form so no one has access to it.

We also operate Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). This will be set up automatically when you confirm registration and a code will be emailed to you separately at sign on. You can change your 2FA security option by accessing Account Security under your Profile (your Profile is found by clicking the user name in the top right hand corner of the Portal).
